Building an airline in Nigeria that is highly regulated, many political bottlenecks and a volatile market is crazy and ambitious.
However, no start-up anywhere is risky free so I must commend you and your partner's for daring to make this move.
I also have to add that acquiring new aircraft is ideal for long term purpose but I highly recommend the leasing part for now, reason been that;
Leasing is not capital expensive as compared to outright purchase.
The procedure for certification and other registration will take time unless you you have plan adequately for this sole purpose.
I will be following this insightful thread to the end and I wish you and your partners success.

Before I go, make sure your recruitment is based on competence and not anything else, all those you want to walk with should have experience in the field, from cleaners to managers to everything, no learning on the job should be entertained pending when you are grounded.

@aerolagos the token you are giving out should be based on random selection. If not, one person will be getting it weekly leaving many outside. And I also suggest that new accounts should not be considered for now and new members should be chosen instead of those that have gotten it before.
I can also recommend a known member that can handle the issue of selection for you without bias. She is trusted.

Random selection is the best way forward and not new about new entries.
