NOT TO SUPPORT FAKE PRODUCTS BUT NIGERIA ITSELF IS A COUNTRY OF FAKE UNITY, IF NOT, WHY IS IT THAT THEY HAVE REFUSED TO ALLOW THOSE WHO ARE TIRED OF BEING A PART OF THIS COUNTRY NOT TO LEAVE ?

It surprised me more to know that same pet coke taste differently, put same pet coke down it will taste differently ... This December .. i was asking was this coke expired?
Not holding up for fakes, but note that even original coke is tasting different now, because due to persistent media attacks, they are gradually reducing the sugar content.

If these major brands are really serious about dealing with counterfeiters they should publish and update their website on a weekly or monthly basis with names and addresses of their authorised dealers, models and expected retail price range of all their products. Anyone buying from unknown dealers are on their own.
can u buy original LG products. I bought ordinary microwave oven for #234,000. You think it's a joke. How many salary earners can afford it. Even the fairly used you buy, most of the times, they crest LG and Hisense on them, so as to sell them.
Nigeria is a third world country, so we have to deal with it. It must start from the Top When the head is straight, the body would align.

To know original TV is very simple, firstly check the back of the TV, the place they normally write the size, you will see the LG logo, Secondly press the menu, you will see LG office in some smart TV...
Even the original ones do get issue, and original LG is not price friendly.... and many Nigerians cannot even afford it.
I bought my 65" original one abt 450k 3 years ago... now it is close to 600k
That doesn't seem like a reliable way to verify the authenticity of a TV.

Every country possess counterfeiters!
The difference is that advanced countries have strong institutions where their proactive agencies curb and reduce any trace of piracy by creating platforms to report any incidence while apprehending and prosecuting the perpetrators to serve as a detterent to others!
Lastly,in other to protect their property or product from counterfeits, every company should have a way of verifying the authenticity of the products while designating certain distributors that sell genuine products!
This will reduce the influx of counterfeits!

SON are the most useless organisation in this country.

Regardless of the hike of inflation that made things so.

People should buy what they can afford but deceiving them to buy a counterfeit product is criminal.

Original TV can only be gotten in accredited LG resellers. Big LG offices and retail points, and prices are way expensive.

The best way to verify tv authenticity should be to place a Qr code on the start up screen which can be scanned to verify genuineness.

The only place to get an original lg and hisense is fuaoni store. Any other place is fake i repeat any other place is fake. Do not allow one abuka or patara deceive you.

All these saying that can Nigerians buy original Products? Is all dubious ways to defraud people of their hard-earned money. If they can't buy new and original one, let them buy second hand. It's preferable to tell the truth in business than trying to exploit people for your own personal gain. God is against it

To know an original TV is very easy, and this is how I spot genieue and fake ones.
Go to the back of the TV, look for the model number and just type it on goggle and search. Voila it will bring out the TV's description and every important information you need including the correct picture of the TV incase its a refurbished one.

One good thing to know is that fake ones do not usually have a model number.

Look at them. Dubious set of people. So if you can afford it, why do you think others can afford it. People you think can't buy something, end up buying it. I'm into business and I can attest to this. Some people will come to your place to buy, the way they'll be pricing, you'll think they don't have something to buy, but when they're sure it's quality, even if their money is not complete, they'll plead with you to comeback in few hours or next day to buy. Some can even buy something higher in price if than what they intended, if they see more value.

Is quiet funny that people will want to buy TV and refuse to go to lg store because the lowest there is 300k.

They avoid it like plague but still want to buy same lg at 80k.

You wonder if they are okay in the head.

Son should also investigate those rubber palm and slippers imitating Gucci and Versace. How will I buy original this week then next week I see it being made into rubber. We can’t buy luxury without having to see the rubber version.

SON should also investigate fake human hair and bone straight. Because TikTok is filled with them.

Lg stores legit Dey everywhere but they will never go there to buy.

Hope Nafdac investigates all the Agbo Jedi and co.

Why should someone be selling herbs mixtures without approval. Hawking concoctions should be investigated.
I had serious malaria and went over to a friend's place and he to me to get agbo. Omo, I drank it and I watched my taste bud die.

God!

When I bought my 43 inches LG four years back, i discover the carton is bigger than most of the 43 inches i see in most shop. Then I bought it 135k and my friend bought his own 80k, I was wondering if I was duped not until I saw my friend 43 inches Lg.

Is the fraud at Aso Rock not counterfeit?
Why complain?
After all, emilocorn surrounds himself with counterfeits.

90% all electronics sold in Alaba market are fake. If you want to buy original Electronics for example LG, go to their show room (Fouani).
Re: SON Investigates Counterfeit TV Production At Alaba Market by Nobody: 3:21pm On Jan 11
Let SON be deceiving people. If you have had anything to do with the Ports, you'll understand what's going on.

Are SON not in the Ports? They inspect these things and collect money from the agents/importers.

Nigeria is a terribly corrupt entity.

Who doesn't know that most of the electronics in Alaba are generic hardwares that are faked from China and embossed with the logos of reputable brands. Those that specialize in installing the firmware are also there..it's a huge racket.

Its an ongoing thing and they refer to those categories as "label or copy" . Copy 1 dey, copy 2 dey, copy 3 sef dey...

I can't buy anything from Alaba. Those traders are all criminals..

China counterfeits million of products from other countries what they charge is the names with a slight similarity the televisions were not directly named LG it was LC it was also smart tv I bought one to use at store if alaba have the means of pixel manifacturing we should celebrate it not all this backward nonsense force them to register their product there is nothing proprietary in pixel or chip manufacturing on ali express everything you need is right there nothing new lets move forward abeg cuz we have backward leaders don't mean we need to be backward the thing is even cheap
