A disturbing video currently circulating online has captured the moment a kidnapping reportedly took place this evening in Ekpoma, Edo State.

According to information accompanying the footage, the incident occurred at about 6:00 pm when the victim drove into his residential compound and was about to park his car. Moments after entering the premises, he was allegedly accosted and forcefully abducted by unknown assailants.

The video, which has sparked fear and outrage among residents, shows the swift manner in which the attackers carried out the operation before fleeing the scene. The identity of the victim has not yet been made public as of the time of this report.

Residents of the area have expressed growing concern over security in Ekpoma, calling on law enforcement agencies to intensify patrols and respond swiftly to the incident.

As at the time of filing this report, there has been no official statement from the Edo State Police Command regarding the kidnapping. Investigations are expected to be underway, and more details will be provided as the story develops.

I think Ekooma people should leave Fulani first and start looking within themselves. I am not saying that Fulanis are not involved in kidnapping but I strongly believe that it is the house rat that showed the bush rat the way to the house kitchen
