Don't think anything is missing here except for him to change the Y-Box to 4-way box. Having Y-box means you are using wall bracket light on the project. Wall bracket light is becoming old fashion of electrical installation. Although some people still cherish it because ONE MAN'S FOOD IS ANOTHER MAN'S POISON..
The quantity of conduit pipes quoted above might not be enough based on your description of the project and. 6 flats(but number of bedroom was not stated). Your design drawing could have helped in giving a proper quantities of materials needed and also to guide you more on the installation process and procedures. Thanks

D total structure is length is 30 by 50 and the there are 16 (sixteen) columns in total. The space in between them are likely to be 10 feet maximum to the next column. As for the numbers of floors, it's just a storey building.
Currently, we did 5feets for the foundation and the total foundation casted is 3feet while the remaining 2feets are visible above the foundation for continuation. The sizes between rebars should be close to 12inch nd I was told to return it to 250mm henceforth. The column itself are all 9" inches wide.

I want to ask a quick question different from OP's project.

if the space between 2 pillars is 15 or 16 feet, is that Okay.
Asking because all other Pillars have distance of 9 to 10 feet BUT due to situations (client made some changes), there are 2 places that putting pillar wouldn't fit hence we either leave the place the way it is, or let it span 15 or 16 feet which to me seems better than not connecting them at all.
For context, it's a bungalow. All things else are standard and all rebars are 12mm TMT

The wall bracket has been replaced with ceiling light/recess light/spotlight./Strip light. Some clients still use wall bracket in a rented apartment/s. Like I earlier said; ONE MAN'S FOOD IS ANOTHER MAN'S POISON.

Although Decking is designed to be weather-resistant after it has properly cured. However, continuous exposure before roofing can cause several problems that could reduce the durability long-term, It's better to be safe than sorry. If you don't have funds for roofing yet... You could opt for a temporary cover like zinc.

Please experts in the house, I need to your expert opinion on what could be responsible for these cracks as shown in the pictures attached. The property have been in use for close to 5 years and suddenly we started seeing those cracks almost everywhere on the ground floor.

I am not so worried about the paint peeling off but the cracks, i am not sure where it is coming from so I said let me just put it to experts. We haven't detected any water leakage anywhere but I am a little worried about those cracks.

What could be responsible for this? and what kind of fixing should we do here? I am not sure if just patching the surface and perhaps repainting fixes it. Looking forward to expert opinions.
