What a stupid deputy gov and idle House of assembly! How can you police who somebody sleeps with? How does the girl in question determine the man is married? Does this law also apply to governor and house members. Idlers |

They should just adopt the Shariah law ![]() So the man will pay a fine while the girl/ lady/woman goes to jail for a jointly committed sin ( crime) I expect women to protest against this discrimination and unjust. On a serious note, even though this law might seems foolish to outsiders, only residents of that state who feels the impacts of this promiscuity knows where the shoes pinches. |

What is all these please? seems like low IQ men and women are voted into the Assembly. Why is the so called law gender biased? Trying to control peoples sexual behaviour by law is not okay in my opinion. Religious organisations already teach about this they don't need some men to exclude themselves from adultery and punish only women and girls that sleep with married men. |

Supported, how will any married man do that? The law should be supported with prohibition of polygamy. You can only play for on Club |

It is most likely one Akwa Ibom Ekaite took this Deputy Governor's husband. The supposed law should have been prohibition of men marrying a second wife. Banning of polygamy. A man can marry as much women as he desires. Any of the girls he chooses to sleep with he can decide to marry her. So how do you determine the girl the man wants to marry? This April Fool came three months earlier. |

seems like low IQ men and women are voted into the Assembly. Why is the so called law gender biased? The Deputy Gov.has seen it all,the level of promiscuousity among young girls in Uyo is something of grevious concerns, she understood it better, due to poverty the greatest employer of young girls is SUGAR DADDY from the politicians to the bottom |

A state that is run by very old men. Instead of them to focus on human capital development and to improve their health sector, their problem is women sleeping with married men. Empty vessels |

The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. When you don't fear God what do you expect. Instead of them to reduce bride price, and encourage men to marry more than one wives according to Islam religion! They are busy passing law! Even the Constitution laws contains some excerpts from the Holy Bible and laws of Moses! Eye for eye, tooth for tooth and so on. This era wey women plenty pass men! The person that hit the gavel self laughed in his/ her mind! Just dey play! |
