My Airtel setup stopped browsing since TUESDAY and til now it hasn’t been browsing. My unlimited subscription is due to expire on 30th of Jan. Has anyone here experienced this and what was the solution? I have called customer care line and it seems it’s beyond them.

Gd evening guys. I have the ZLT W304VA PRO ODU. Installation was done over 5 days ago but it is not browsing till now. I am fed up with calling them. I have a Smart box 5G with Simcard in it but very bad network on the Smart box, Can I remove the sim from the Smart box and use it in the Odu?. My ODU is E-Sim. Can I switch it to External sim and use my smartbox sim card? Would it work? Kindly advice. Thanks inadvance

call the customer care and tell them you bought the router and you use it for a certain time and it stopped browsing they will tell you the problem, or you insist you want to speak to their supervisor, mine stopped browsing and it was fixed 12 hours after calling the customer care

Have you confirmed if sub is active on the ODU

Airtel really need to fix this daily nightly slow network it's so irritating

Yes you can I'm also using 2 sims on mine i just switch between the physical and the esim via the ODU dashboard

Subscribing when you still have active sub na waste of money because it's time based. Except for folks who use at least two subs/routers at the same time in different places.

it isn't time based. If your subscription ends on the first and your subscribe on the 28th, the new subscription won't be active until the old one expires. I have tried it.

Yes. But I mean on a different Sim.

By the way, I'm always skeptical about subscribing the same Sim with active data. I feel they may decide not to credit the new one and I'd have to start calling customer care.

Unfortunately, that's what I actually do but do it one day before the current expiry date, and fortunately, no stories yet.

Just like me, after complaining a few days ago for the one day outage/premature expiry, they initially added two days to me and later made it one month.

Most people got that one omo today Airtel called me asking for survey on their ODU from Installer to performance i told them it only sucks during the night

I have been getting a terrible ping these days

For Starlink na only Upload be the issue Airtel beat am with upload speed

Your ODU was probably not optimally installed. However, that's not taking anything away from X25 because that box is wonderful.

I installed it myself, and got the best parameters.
The problem with the device is it doesn't give a steady 50mbps during speed test.
whenever I'm running speed test, it will hit 60mbps and it will keep reducing until it ended up at 35mbps.
This doesn't happen to my X25 pro.
meanwhile I don't experience any issues during browsing or streaming.

I wish them go call me. I discovered the installer stole some of the mounting tools like the clip and screws
