I bought the bronze package of the health plan for I and my mom on 22nd December 2025 and I was told in 6 working days or less, all my enrollment IDs will be sent out.

Today is 13th January 2026 and I'm yet to receive any or be onboarded into the program. I've sent countless emails and called the customer service severally and all I keep getting is ' they are working on it's and offering apologies. They even said I send them my receipt of payment which is on their database already and I did.

My 175k is gone and I'm asking for a refund. They've stopped replying my mails.

Please I need solutions on the way forward. For now,

They are scammers.

Why not visit their office?

They have a physical office. Online procedures in this country are created for bragging rights. Everything is done the manual way.

For a first time user? You created health insurance account online?

Normally this things should be done in their brick and mortar establishment particularly registration. From there they install their correct apps themselves on your device, then the rest and subsequent transactions can be handled by you online.

Or should done with their certified, licensed authorized broker coming over to you maybe at your office.

Ignorance on my part. Why do they have an online channel if it's not active?

I agree with most responses. Initial engagement online with many Nigerian firms are not guaranteed to be positive. But Axa Mansard Health insurance are not fraudulent, just system challenged. My firm uses them for over twenty years in Nigeria
