Even the 40b didn’t surprise me… Looters and pillagers have seized control of our affairs, turning leadership into plunder. |

I wonder why no one has refused to see the significant improvement on road infrastructure around that axis.....take a drive across lagos major roads at night and see how lit up they are, lekki to epe is still one of the best roads in this country which has experienced massive improvements, this are great things being done but the coalition of disgruntled politicians and their supporters will never acknowledge......I don't like obi and can't vote for him but I would still give him accolades from opening onitsha up from the head bridge down to npkor round about, what he did on that carriage way was a spectacular job and he deserves the accolades. |

Lithiumite:Well according to you,may be always having to fix a section of Lagos roads by FG,should amount to 'massive improvements' in Nigeria while the rest can sit back in their region and clap for 'emilokan' in other not to be tagged as 'disgruntled politicians'. Keep deceiving yourself! |

obi4eze:Not a fan of APC but truth be told 2.5billion Naira is not too excessive. 240 solar panel. Transformer, Power Generating sets, Inverters, 1268 Street lights etc 2 hilux vans probably equipped with some monitoring devices too and Surveillance boat..these 3 dun dey approach 500m Naira if not more 1268 street lights at half a million each is approaching 700million already How much is solar panel, inverter, generator, the monitoring center building, the surveillance TVs |

Umahi has inadvertently or perhaps, deliberately allowed himself to be the face of the heist going on under this government. He will be treated like Malami and Emefiele by the incoming government. |

Finally they correct themselves, they thought it was the past where internet was not a thing and people could not verify the cost implications for similar projects abroad. Even at the current cost of 2.5billion it is too much, but we will manage to swallow this one. ![]() 40 billion was tok much to swallow ![]() |

jmoore:Smh. Now I see why you are incoherent in your comments, you lack the English comprehension skills. Go and read that same post again, albeit, slowly so you can comprehend it. This is Lagos, we will not accept anything less than the best technology recommended by experts regardless of the cost, whether it is 2k or N40 billion. Only the best is good enough for Lagos. |

![]() The pictures I'm seeing on those screens don't look like third mainland bridge...can't recall any section of that bridge that has grasses planted on the median...perhaps some of the cctv are located on the Oworo axis. I stand to be corrected. |

I resolved that if the ₦40 billion cost was confirmed, I would personally spearhead a challenge against Tinubu. |
