This is very common in some villages in nigeria it's obviously a spiritual attack from envious close family members who wants to inherit the house or envious villagers. A wise person should have invited s strong man of God to conduct serious prayers and dedicate the house before stepping foot into the house am sure there will definitely be invisible juju items that has been invoked in that compound without the man even knowing about it.
