Popular social media influencer and activist, VeryDarkMan (VDM), has broken his silence after reality television star Phyna publicly described him as a “Very Dirty Boy” and accused him of playing a role in the breakdown of her relationship with actress Iyabo Ojo.

Phyna, winner of the Big Brother Naija Level Up edition, had earlier alleged that her association with VeryDarkMan negatively affected her relationship with Iyabo Ojo, claiming that the fallout stemmed from controversies linked to the influencer. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

Reacting to the allegation in a detailed public statement, VeryDarkMan expressed disappointment over the comments, insisting that his support for Phyna was sincere and consistent, without any expectation of personal gain.

According to him, he stood by Phyna at several critical moments in her career and personal life. He recalled promoting her movie projects on social media, offering professional guidance, and making himself available whenever she reached out for advice or support.

VDM stated that he provided help across various areas, including career decisions, paid brand collaborations, and even personal family-related concerns, emphasizing that he often listened and assisted without hesitation.

Questioning the basis of the accusations, the influencer asked what he truly gained from the relationship, stressing that his actions were driven by loyalty and goodwill rather than selfish interests.

He also referenced a past controversy involving Phyna, suggesting that greed and certain personal decisions gradually affected her public image and strained relationships with people who once supported her. According to him, many individuals who previously defended and promoted her have since distanced themselves as public attention around her waned.

Despite the strong response, VeryDarkMan concluded on a conciliatory note, stating that he harbours no bitterness toward Phyna and genuinely wishes her success in her endeavours.

Na so I go vouch for one lady to be allowed to complete a particular training before full payment to the organizers.

She did the training, got a new job with a significant cash sign on bonus at the apart from the company stocks she was given.

To pay the token balance wey remain after several months of working no even register for her consciousness...until they demanded it from her when she brought another person for training and was persistent about getting a discount for the person

Their sense of entitlement is laughable and they won't give anything meaningful in return.

That is why I no dey too reason their matter at all. Their memory dey extremely short. Once they cannot get the benefits again,to them you become filthy trash that is disposable.

it would have been good if they just dissappear quietly, but na lie ,instead they will want to label you as a bad person publicly to justify their actions and don't mind to erase you if possible to silence their conscience.

That is where the danger is and a man needs to think ten steps ahead in your dealings with women.

The key to dealing with them is not to be too emotionally entangled with and detach from their shenanigans.

I helped and supported her over the course of two years until she was in a good place.
