Why wait until someone is kidnapped to show concern, when no one invested in them before?

You seriously expect me to sell my property just to invest in you? The property that I struggled for years to acquire just to finance you? Who financed me? If I have enough savings, no problem. But selling my only house or car and give you to start a business? No!!

Paying kidnappers is like taking responsibility for their victims... Why not tell the kidnappers to go to hell instead? People will suddenly send millions to free a “precious” family member (the same family member they have never even given ₦100k before for personal development). Something about that just isn’t right.

The situation has changed, it is now between life and death. If you have your life, you still have hope.

Nobody sold their properties to set me up, but they might sell it to save me from being killed, might. And it makes sense, perfectly.
