Good that he has let go of the trauma, I wish him good luck

Well he could be training for his mental health in order not to get bored or depressed

Whatever makes him recover i support it.

We spend a lot of time and attention on the dead.

The dead doesn't even know they are being honoured.

It's just to please self or those around

Best thing for him is to keep training .He is too young to sit at home eating and reading newspapers.

.. anything that can take his mind away from the trauma, he surely needs it.

He is got to get BK up and stay fit. He might not have to compete to stay fit and train.

I am Glad he is not having blockage or Survivors guilt holding him down after the deep trauma he experienced on Nigerian ROAD!

The comeback is always stronger than the setback! It’s never easy losing close brothers, especially in such a tragic way on our own soil. Big respect to AJ for finding the mental strength to get back into the gym so soon. This is the definition of a champion’s mindset. 🥊🇳🇬

I wasn't expecting him to stop his career because of that incident.... painful as it may have been to him, the dead are gone and the living should keep on living their usual lives.
