Politics aside, Tinubu is transforming South East. The region has never experienced these sort of road constructions and infrastructural developments.

We shouldn’t be talking about roads as transformation in 2026. Praising a leader for constructing ordinary road is stupidity. Go to Morocco and see what is called transformation. Backward thinking leaders and backward thinking citizens. |

I respect the kind mind wey Asiwaju get sha. Any Nigerian president including Jonathan ignored SE because no matter what you do for them, they will never appreciate you and they are no threat to any candidacy. It is easier to become president without SE votes than it is easy to become a president with SE votes. So. Plus. They see something good as a threat to their agenda. That will turn anybody off. |

blamingthedevil:On behalf of the South East, I say thank you to President Tinubu. Thank you for ignoring and forgiving the tribalistic tint in their voting patterns in the last elections and developing the infrastructure of the region. Jagaban Kwenu.. .. Heh... Jagaban kwezuenu.. Heh. Only you one dey do all dis for dat side, bia na you biko! |
| Re: Politics Aside, President Tinubu Is Transforming South East. by Goldensword: 4:51pm On Jan 17 |
blamingthedevil:TINUBU has no hand in it, the road you are talking about is Enugu Onitsha express road, it's MTN Nigeria that's constructing it under the tax to infrastructure agreement signed under Buhari, The only road tinubu has done in a Enugu is flyover in eke obinagu side along Enugu abakiliki express road, The Enugu Makurdi express that cut across 9th mile is still all talk, nothing has been done there, the road is almost impassable now. |

Goldensword:If Tinubu did not create a conducive business environment for Mtn would they have had money to venture into such? Please, use your sense. For Mtn to embark on that means they are benefiting from Tinubus policies. Same Mtn that was repatriating money to SA during Buharis time. Federal, States and LGAs allocations has double or tripled in some cases due to Tinubus policies. So, kudos to him. |

Enugu-PH, Enugu-Onitsha. These two projects are going on simultaneously. |
| Re: Politics Aside, President Tinubu Is Transforming South East. by kunle4toyeyaho: 5:38pm On Jan 17 |
Goldensword:Pls, don't cross express road with this kind of mentality. Are you this daft? So,if FG allows MTN to use its 'payable tax' to construct a road, who is responsible for it?Even,if agreement was signed under Buhari, did it take effect under him? Is government not a continuous affair?Learn to appreciate good things when you see one |

alanto:Don’t mind them.. hypocrites Goldensword:Lol.. ofcourse Tinubu has hand in it, don’t be ignorant.. a whole President has influence on every projects across the country whether direct FG or PPP.. THE PRESIDENT CAN AS WELL CANCEL THE PROJECT, so what will you say! Don’t Underestimate the Power of the President |

| Re: Politics Aside, President Tinubu Is Transforming South East. by AMINDA: 7:37pm On Jan 17 |
Thedon22:You lie. Buhari’s tax credit scheme for road infrastructure was a huge success and one of Tinubu's first decisions was to put a stop to it. Any work you see still being done under the scheme was for already pre-signed agreement, hence, Buhari’s legacy. There were several roads constructed and still being constructed by MTN, Dangote, BUA, etc under the scheme. |

Goldensword:You get time for people from that region who don't know the road to other region besides the shit states. It is mtn work since Buhari which they will recover Via tax concession. It has nothing to do with drug baron government. One clown is talking of mtn doing well because of Tinubu. Mtn that has been battling with loss because of Tinubu failed economic policies. |
| Re: Politics Aside, President Tinubu Is Transforming South East. by Streetinvestor2: 8:44pm On Jan 17 |
Thedon22:Coming from people who don't know what is happening in coperate world. Mtn that has been battling with loss for 2yrs now because of Tinubu failed economic policies. Stop talking about things u don't know about Tinubu government has delayed the work self |
| Re: Politics Aside, President Tinubu Is Transforming South East. by sweerychick(f): 8:52pm On Jan 17 |
alanto:oga Keep quiet, Tinubu is not doing a shit in the SE, it's the governors there that are leveraging on the allocations the got, and using it for massive development. It has nothing to do with Tinubu, and who told you GEJ abandoned South east, the airport transformations and 2nd Niger bridge project he kick started including Onitsha sea port.. the only thing that stalled SE development was the defeat of GEJ. If Jonathan won second term SE would have been the envy of Nigeria, something I guessed your people perceived that made them sell out the south to APC north. Next time don't talk rubbish here or over hype Tinubu he has nothing in the SE |

sweerychick:Per the bolded, who is giving them the allocation? Governor's are saying how their allocations have trebles and quadrupled since PDP days where they were sharing the monies in Abuja to buy Gold bra for Deziani and increase Dino's car collection. Same PDP want to creep in as ADC to do the same BS again. |
| Re: Politics Aside, President Tinubu Is Transforming South East. by sweerychick(f): 9:54pm On Jan 17 |
aswani:yes you are right, but it's not exclusively for SE, all governors including SW, NE, SS, NC ,NW get the same increased allocation. |

| Re: Politics Aside, President Tinubu Is Transforming South East. by Goldensword: 11:38pm On Jan 17 |
kunle4toyeyaho:Yes it took effect under him, the construction has been going on since Buhari tenure bro, you know the road is a long stretch of road, I'm based in Enugu, so I will tell you what's on ground. |

alanto:the day you know it is your right to have those things is the day your liberation start. We are denied the basic necessities of life by government and when they managed do we see it as achievement. It is your right to to have those things as a citizen |
