See, the both decisions were actually right but soft and no law in FIFA is agaisnt that.
Senegal goal, there was a push. That push inside box 18, ref was to bow. It is normal.
The penal was also a good call becus there was a drag down in the box. But the ref could have simply refused the penalty since the game was almost at extra time. The both calls were soft and he could have maintained that. He lost his emotional control. But did he do wrong? No. They were valid calls but soft too.

I am not a mind reader but I suspect Brahim purposely meant to give that penalty away because of the controversy surrounding the penalty.
He probably wants the game to end decisively.

If it is flipped around, Morocco would do worse. Their nationals would invade that pitch.
It is clear that refs were sort of careful to discipline moroccan players.
