Brendaniel:The mother was 16 years when she was allegedly impregnated by the rapper which is illegal and there are allegations bordering on rape as well. |

kingthreat:That's not the question here, the question is: IS Jay-z his father or not, no one has talked about any benefit, the child needs closure... |

Brendaniel:The reason for the Paternity case against Jay is because of benefit. Same with what that dumb lady is trying to do with Davido, using her daughter to milk the Adelekes. Even if na the pikin, shey na by force to claim the pikin? If Jayz was an addict living in an abandoned building, would there be a paternity case at all? |

kingthreat:If that child is his child then the child is his responsibility, at least let the child know who his father is, if you were in the shoes of that child, is this what you will say? |

Ballmer:Ahh! the way some of you reason sha, I know most likely you are a Tinubu supporter and a tribal supremacist, how you were able to drag tribalism into this discussion is talk for another day. Secondly your comment is filled with so much ignorance, arrogance and lack of comprehension, where in the whole of comments made did I ever say that the court was wrong? if you can provide it and prove me wrong then I will apologize to you, but if you can't then just know you may have a serious comprehension problem(very sorry to say) I now see why some of you support Tinubu without having problem with that... |

Brendaniel:This case is frivolous and many lower courts has dismissed it and rightly so! This case has been ongoing for about a decade now, and while it was still going on, the mother was collecting child support from another guys and it is that guys name that is in the birth certificate and she has been collecting those child support for about 15 years. They then sue Jay-Z and ask the court to order him to pay back child support from on start if he is found to be his father, meaning they want to collect double child support from two guys....typical gold digger move! The Court clearly told the mother that, she can not be actively collecting child support from another guy whose name is the child's birth certificate and now pursuing another guy for child support and dismissed her case, then award cost against her to Jay Z team. Not satisfied, she sues repeatedly, the son sued also until this final dismissal with prejudice meaning they can no longer sue again. |

linearity:I'm not talking about child support here, if you look at the case here, the boy is only asking for DNA test to confirm if Jay-z is his father, that is my own concern not the child support issue, why is Jay-z scared of doing the DNA test? That is just my concern... |

fabolouz1:She most likely had another man's name in the birth certificate of the boy but later found out the child looks like Jaz zy a billionaire who she once had a one night stand with then decided to file a lawsuit for a large settlement. Meaning while the child may or may not belong to Jazzy biologically the point is she filed for Patanity with the sole aim of Getting rich technically the boy already has a father because whoever signs the birth certificate is the father of the child by law. So all faults points to her. |

Ballmer:The USA is not Utopia. If a manr sperms fathers a child, except he was rape or anything close, he is expected to take responsibility or at least acknowledgement. I don't see what's the big deal here. You're even saying what if he's a poor would he look for him, like you haven't read stories here of how grown up children abroad are looking for their poor Nigerian parents through social media. Your like are also saying girls want to get pregnant for superstar, was Jzey a superstar then? Even if he was, was he raped? On the contrary he is likely the rapist, like I hear the girl gave birth at 16. I know that's why he's avoiding DNA- it could lead to a rape case |

Brendaniel:It's intertwined nau. Confirming he's the father means paying child support in areas. The matter complex small |

FaAbData:The boy is already an adult, I don't think child support will still cover him, and I believe Jay-z still has the option of giving the boy the condition of not paying anything or taking any responsibility if the result comes out positive before taking the test, so it will be legally binding, but he isn't even towing that part... |

FaAbData:Then Jay-z should give that as condition not to pay a dime if he is to take the DNA test, if the boy doesn't sign, no DNA test, that will now reveal the boy's true intention, but is Jay-z even towing that part? |

Look Brendaniel:So any random person can claim he's the father and be demanding DNA test? How much time will he spend doing same? This guy kept filing and filing ....obviously pushed by the mother. It was for the mother to claim in court that Jay Z is the father ... then the paternity test would've been ordered. Why didn't she do that? Instead kept pushing the son and hoping for a settlement. I think she was banking that if the son filed ...and lost ...Jay can't sue him because he's a minor. But ...she is his guardian so the judge has stuck her with the legal fees. Plan backfired ...thought it was a win win all the way . Did Jay Z sleep with her? .... I'm almost sure he did. |
