No need for all these demarketing. You're not talking to a half-wit.

Information abounds on the internet and word of mouth, puts Victron as one of the best inverters, far better than the Chinese brand Deye sef.

Haven't heard about the Cerbo GX and MK3 USB you spoke about sha, but would research it.

And Victron 8kva isn't 4m by the way, even the 10kva is circa 4.5m on Konga (more expensive expectedly).

Spit facts man.
Typical Nigerian.

If indeed “Information abounds on the internet“ then what forrkiing Krap are you doing here asking question?

The other day some guy here who claimed to know about the do’s and dont’s of online market also came here to complain about a product he ordered.

In fact many of you are just matddd

Nobody is demarketing Victron. You came, you asked, and you receive genuine answer. If you know you don't ask, if you ask you don't know. This is a classroom, let us, those that know and those that don't know, calm down and learn. Make I go drink my Zobo biko😀

I have installed Next 12v 3.84kwh lithium batteries and they're performing. I installed one on 2kva hybrid, pump water 0.5hp, run fridge, blender, washing machine alternately day time, run no sweat. The good thing is it can deliver high current on demand and receive high current charge. Small but big engine. Where my Zobo, I de come first😀

12v is perfect for loads like that. Na cable go suffer. So far you use the right cable from battery to inverter, no fear

Good morning house

I have a setup comprising of 24v 3kva hybrid inverter, 2.5kwh LiPo4 battery, 555w panel x2. I noticed that my battery doesn't get fully charged unlike before when I newly installed the system. For context, the system was installed in March last year. So, I went on a fact finding mission, disconnected all the load and allowed the battery to charge only, I noticed that at peak sunshine, the total amps supplied to the battery is just 20A.

My question now is:

1. Is it a case of my panels being dirty and needs to be washed or cleaned
2. Should I also change the cable connecting the battery to the inverter, because I noticed it looks thin sort of

PS; attached is a picture of the cable connecting the battery to the inverter

Solar yield during this period is poor.
Dust done saturate the atmosphere. This is why I prefer rainy season than "dust" season because the atmosphere is always free of dust. Just a tiny amount of sunlight after rain will produce good amount of yield. Climate change is also here.

Not a great time for solar. I'm only doing about x2.5 rn daily, thanks to all the dust. Wash your panels and you'll see a temporary uplift in production.

No 1hp or even 1.5hp inverter AC is drawing 1200w, be serious.

Yes, if it's a regular AC then you'd be right.
I've seen a 1.5hp inverter ac do up to 1.2kw.

Please can a 17kwh LFP battery be having voltage sag with a 1.5hp sumo pump? Anytime the pump comes on at night, the inverter trips. Inverter is 15KVA.
Any clues or insight will be appreciated.
New cells or grade B cells?

Grade A but DIY. I think my cables from the inverter to care too long. Will reduce the length.

Someone else said that too. Never seen that before or even thought it was possible. In some sort of jet/turbo mode? Or just when it was very hot?

I am considering and a 4.2kva inverter paired with 8kwh battery.'

Thank you for your response.

Good day all, pls I need the house advice on which of these 3 inverter I should go for;

Wellion 4.2kva/24v
SMS 4.2kva/24v and
Haisic 4.2kva/24v

Which of the 3 above can handle more surge power than the other?

Reduce the length or double the cable if you can't upgrade to a bigger gauge.

Normal use in the afternoon though. Turbo mode doesn't increase the consumption but the fan speed.
