Please experts in the house, I need to your expert opinion on what could be responsible for these cracks as shown in the pictures attached. The property have been in use for close to 5 years and suddenly we started seeing those cracks almost everywhere on the ground floor.

I am not so worried about the paint peeling off but the cracks, i am not sure where it is coming from so I said let me just put it to experts. We haven't detected any water leakage anywhere but I am a little worried about those cracks.

What could be responsible for this? and what kind of fixing should we do here? I am not sure if just patching the surface and perhaps repainting fixes it. Looking forward to expert opinions.

You need to attend to it quickly.

I was waiting for them to send me the design drawing so that I can reply you but I kept getting tons of excuses. Well I am not into the Wall bracket light. It's a 6 flats of 2 and 3 bedrooms on each side. Thankyou for the information.

Don't think anything is missing here except for him to change the Y-Box to 4-way box. Having Y-box means you are using wall bracket light on the project. Wall bracket light is becoming old fashion of electrical installation. Although some people still cherish it because ONE MAN'S FOOD IS ANOTHER MAN'S POISON..
The quantity of conduit pipes quoted above might not be enough based on your description of the project and. 6 flats(but number of bedroom was not stated). Your design drawing could have helped in giving a proper quantities of materials needed and also to guide you more on the installation process and procedures. Thanks

Not a problem boss. 5pkts double knockout box won't be enough for the 6units of 3 and 2 bedroom flats. See my breakdown below:

Kitchen 6units
Minimum of 3double for each kitchen, making total number of double in all the kitchen 18numbers I. e 3*6= 18,. Remember 1pkts of 3*6 knockout box contain 5pcs . For 5pkts it means total number 3*6 is 25pcs.

Sitting room will have minimum of 3 double sockets, so 3*6=18. Making total number double knockout box to be 36pcs. Approximately 8pkts. Changeover location will have one each.

Rooms can have 2 or 3 single sockets depend on client decision and also location..

Since your are in delta , you can buy the marble from Obosi Onistha . They sell per pallet. One pallet will give you about 1.5sqm.

More like a transparent epoxy material after you've mixed the granite with a resin. Check the link. May not worth it though...

You can try replace the granite on the floor with white stones.
