Nigerians and confusion are 5 and 6

Some people can never see anything good in this government even if it’s glaring to them, just because their preferred candidate did not win the last election.

As Nigeria is getting better, may those not happy with the the improvement continue to suffer heart breaks and sadness.

Nigeria shall be great!
hwo is Nigeria getting better , with year on year inflation

Tinubu is a weapon fashioned against the North. His re-election means the north will be in flames with more US airstrikes approved by Tinubu.

A good President will fix insecurity rather than authorize and allow a foreign nation to strike annd k!ll its citizens.

North should vote Tinubu out before it’s too late.
US strike approved by Tinubu🤣🤣🤣.

The micro and macro economics that exists in Nigeria is really weird.

No matter the subvention or subsidy government puts in place, the sellers just never reduce their prices to reflect it. They just add it to their profits.

This makes it feel that the government isn't really doing much. It even happens in the transport business.

My question here is, "Can anyone offer any solution to this?".

Note:
Let it be actionable not motivational in content.
.
Your president's body language is the issue. If he shows that he cares, the nation will care. If he asks this question you are asking, he will get an answer.

Simply opening the borders won't lead to a huge reduction in food prices.

Inflationary pressure is high because the CBN isn't doing enough to bring down inflation.

To bring down inflation to single digits quickly, the CBN has to increase interest to a point that it begins to mop up money in circulation.

However, Tinubu is against this, as higher interest rates could tilt the economy into a recession as companies default on their debts, and otherz scale back investments. There are those with mortgage or consumer debts that would also default.

Yes they have reduced drastically to what they were in 2023 before Tinubu got his own turn to ruin the country further down than his expired Buhari did.

Do you know if prices of foodstuffs have also reduced drastically to the level of 2015, when Tinubu made Buhari president as APC messiah, thereby ending 16 years of PDP deregulation and privatisation prosperity policies huh
How old are you, sir? You urgently need to grow up

Things don't return to pre-2023 anywhere in the world, not in the US, Germany, UK, Egypt or Australia.

You lived totally a subsidized life. Money that should be used to provide infrastructure and lay foundation for capital formation you used it to live big. Oil revenue were used to subsidize life. We thought that we were rich but the truth was that we were poor. Now that money is not flowing you have to face the truth.

If PBAT didn't take the hard decisions your economy would have totally crumbled.

Where would you have gotten money to subsidize your exchange rate?

Where would you have gotten money to subsidize your petroleum products?

Before PBAT Nigeria was taking money upfront for crude oil that is not produced.

We were printing money that was not backed by anything.

We were owing so much foreign exchange obligations.

The most that the states could do was to manage and pay salaries. No money for projects. Etc etc etc

Those that know know very well. It's beyond politics and the ordinary man on the street.

HOW MUCH DID YOUR PARTY AND GOVT MET THE PRICES OF FOOD STUFF BEFORE YOU TOOK OVER GOVT...

WE WILL ONLY TAKE YOU SERIOUS SOON AS YOU REDUCE THE PRICES OF FOOD BY 20-30% OF WHAT YOU MET ON GROUND....

FOR EXAMPLE, YOUR PARTY MET THE PRICE OF A BAG OF RICE AT N9500 IN 2015....

AS HOW HAVE YOU REDUCE IT FROM WHAT YOU MET ON GROUND.

PLS DON'T ABUSE THE USE OF THE ENGLISH WORD >>> DRASTICALLY.. E TOO BIG FOR YOUR EXPLANATION

Can someone explain this please 🥺🙏
Inflation was at 33% raising from a single digit because the APC govt closed borders and implemented policies that backfired against the economy and raised the cost of foodstuff.
Now T-pain came in and reopened the borders after multiple appeals. Now inflation is dropping and the price of foodstuff going down and the same APC is claiming a win over inflation despite it being the cause of the high inflation.
The guy is just mocking the FG

It is subsidy is gone statement declaration
And floating naira that caused the massive unprecedented inflation

Not minimum wage

After subsidy is gone decoration, overnight the next day in Abuja, transport fare for a particular route jumped from N150 to N700 in the PBAT swearing in month 2023 ! shocked shocked

Imagine the shock on low income earners finances. Very ugly experience, if na Goodluck Dem for don crucify am with earth tremor protest
