Igbo-Etiti stakeholders endorse Governor Mbah for 2027

Stakeholders of Igbo-Etiti Local Government Area have unanimously endorsed the re-election bid of the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for a second term in 2027, citing his visionary leadership and remarkable developmental strides across the state.

The endorsement followed a stakeholders’ meeting where a motion supporting the Governor’s second-term ambition was moved by the former Commissioner for Lands and Urban Development, Nnanyelugo Chidi Aroh, and seconded by a former member of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Chris Nnadi. The motion was unanimously adopted.

While expressing their appreciation, the stakeholders highlighted the successful emergence of Professor Simon Ortuanya as the 16th Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, as well as the appointment of several distinguished sons of Igbo-Etiti into strategic positions within the Mbah administration. They also commended the numerous life-changing development projects being executed by the administration within a remarkably short period.

The meeting which held in Enugu, was well attended by serving and former government appointees, including the member representing Igbo-Etiti West State Constituency, Hon. Engr. William Amuka; the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Dr. Malachy Agbo; the Chairman of APC in Igbo-Etiti LGA, Hon. Okoro Paul; the Vice Chairman of Igbo-Etiti LGA, Barr. Chinasa Okeagu; former Council Chairmen, Hon. Chief Ignatius Ishienyi; Hon. Nnabuike Nwodo; and Engr. Festus Ozoemena; the Chairman of Enugu State Forest Guard, Col. Monday Didigwu (rtd); former Commissioner for Local Government, Barr. Okey Ani; Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Chieftaincy Matters, Dr. Methodius Agujiobi; former Council Chairman and serving Permanent Secretary, Hon. Ogbonna Idike; Dr. Marcy Okwor; Barr. Johnson Okegbe; Chairman, Enugu State Road Fund, Hon Chidera Odo; and many others.

Anyone contesting against Peter Mbah and Alex Otti just wants to become popular ahead of the next election (2031) because their second tenure is guaranteed

Reject your own APC politicians but they embrace theirs and endorse them.
Who would have thought APC would get any form of endorsement from any group in the SE

I don't think the Igbos vote for parties. They vote for the individual contesting. Secondly, states in the South East respect rotation of government among the senatorial zones. So, Dr P. Mba must surely win his second term bid, not because he is APC but because he knew he lost and stole the 2023 election and people mandate; and he worked very hard to earn people's heart for his second bid.

Peter mbah will fail woefully as long as all of us from Igbo Nsukka is concerned.
Peter mbah has failed to carry out or execute any single project in Enugu north even as he is well aware that we were the ones who had the highest votes that made him governor, and with our votes, we determine who goes to lions building, we determine who gets what, when and how in Enugu state, 2027 will reveal so many things

What happened to Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in Enugu will definitely happen to Peter mbah, we rejected Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in Enugu north senatorial zone and even rejected him in his home town Orba

In his 3 years, what has mbah done in Enugu north aside taking their shops and converting it. Not even a single one kilometer road in the whole Enugu north senetorial zone.
Audio governor. 2027 is soon coming and people will vote and defend their votes. Not what happened in 2023.
