We are in the gig economy era. A lot of Nigerian ladies are quietly earning legitimate dollars remotely as Virtual Assistants, Content Writers, and UI/UX designers. Financial independence has no gender anymore. If they are earning in foreign currency, renting a flat in Lagos is easy for them. Let’s stop discrediting their hustle.

The house I was staying few years ago had a fellow tenant, a lady in her early 30s. The house was rented to her by her married boyfriend. The married man comes once in awhile but this girl had like 3 guys who spend the night steady in her apartment.
You're right, a lot of wrong trends by ladies are caused by men who are their enablers.

So a woman who is independent is a prostitute, right? Cavemen should sometimes, stick out their heads from their caves of imprisonment and take in fresh air, at least.

If a woman is fully financially dependant on a man, it's an issue, you guys would complain of how she's lazy to work and financially look after herself, but immediately she becomes financially independent and starts looking after herself, it's still an issue... You're now assuming that she's promoting prostitution for renting her own apartment and even going to the extent of wondering how she'll maintain it in the long run as if women don't get educated and work in the same field as you guys.
