It is impossible to overlook the value of your contributions. If it would not be an inconvenience, I would appreciate it if you could share any resources or platforms you recommend for practicing for the AC. airsaylongcome: |

Stargurl20:For a Nigerian fresh grad, trust me it’s a great offer. For that person looking to save 100m yearly, that means they are asking for at least $5k per month, possibly way more if they are looking to “save” $5k per month. I will only say hmmmmmm |

Good day @airsaylongcome. Please during your assessment CENTRE was there any form of CBI? Cos from the experience of a friend during the last Gt recruitment they only had 4 activities Group presentation Fact finding Personal presentation /case study |
| Re: NLNG Recruitment 2025/2026 by Godhasdonewell: 10:57am On Jan 21 |
And again @airsayloncome I’ll love to make an inquiry as regards the grading system/competition during this assessment stage I know you might not be 100% certain but due to your experience I guess you’ll have a clue somewhat During your set that resumed and the set after how many people were employed and what was the ratio of sciences(engineering/all other sciences) to non-sciences(management/social sciences and arts/law) And how will the competition/shortlisting for the next stage be done? Hypothetically lemme say they need 100 trainees(80 engineering/science related roles and 20 administrative roles) and about 1000 took the job came and 300 candidates are to be taken to the next and final stage. Will the cut off for the sciences and arts different? I.e is it possible someone who’s under the umbrella of non science who scored the highest in that field say 70/100 will be shortlisted ahead of someone who scored 80/100 from the sciences bracket but wasn’t amongst the top 100 of that bracket? Or will the top 300 who took the test be taken to the next stage irrespective of whether they’re all sciences or not(i.e if the top 300 were all engineers/sciences they’ll be moved to the next stage and trained to fill the administrative roles) I hope u get the question cos it might be a lil bit confusing |

Godhasdonewell:It has been a while since I did that. But if I recall correctly we had 4 tasks with Competency-Based Interview being one of them. Just a little advice (and this is in no way an "attack" on you), write out acronyms in full the first time you use them. This way, other readers aren't left lurking in the dark. |
