| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Standing5(m): 3:11pm On Jan 21 |
SolomonGrundy:Where did rain fall last night. Must be a coastal city. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by SolomonGrundy: 3:26pm On Jan 21 |
Standing5:benin city |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by BangaRice: 3:31pm On Jan 21 |
Standing5:i am not in Lagos. The cells are in Lagos. Imported but under a dispute that needs $60 to clear. Importer says i must pay the amount which is not good for me. I rather order new ones instead and sell these for any lagos who can take the risk of paying the import fee then inspecting the cells immediately. The actual number is estimated to be minimum of 144 cells. 48 cells X 3 packs. If we can agree with the supplier. You inspect n pay OR pay and immediate inspect. Are you in Lagos? |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by BangaRice: 3:43pm On Jan 21 |
ajabani4allah:Firstly are you in Lagos? I asked vecause the cells are in Lagos. They are actually a minimum of 144 cells in there. The cells are under dispute. I bought. Importer forcefully imported and billed $60 which i rejected. If you agree to pay for the minimum of 144 cells in the package, N700 X 144 is 100,800.00. Though i demand N800 for each. Thats more than the N87,000(1450X60USD) importer is demanding. Importer is a nairaland member also. What you say? |

SolomonGrundy:coastal tins. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Standing5(m): 4:01pm On Jan 21 |
BangaRice:Hmmm. Where i wan start from? The batteries look good but this pay before seeing arrangement or pay-then-immediately-see arrangements looks absurd. If you can get the cells out yourself, i am willing to pay for all as it may. Be it 100 pieces or 140+ pieces. Is the controller also trapped? |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by BangaRice: 5:02pm On Jan 21 |
Standing5:Yes. It is trapped along with the batteries. Remeber it is negotiable also? |

| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by bassdow: 9:11pm On Jan 21 |
Litewriter:There's partial leakage somewhere |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by bassdow: 9:18pm On Jan 21 |
Valto:despite my massive panels, yesterday ended with 89% charge UNLIKE before when I get 100% before or by 12 noon. Mind you, even excess panel would be limited by charge controller rating.. Good thing with excess panels is you have excess current waste regularly till the day you barely have excess to waste like yesterday |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by bassdow: 9:18pm On Jan 21 |
sofdoc1:hmm |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Valto(m): 9:55pm On Jan 21 |
fuckboys:yes we are factory 2100ah of 48v battery, 25kwh of panels |

Good day y’all What kind of device can I use to limit the power consumption of a neighbor I intend to supply power to? That can go as low as 200W |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by bassdow: 1:24pm On Jan 22*. Modified: 1:50pm On Jan 22 |
RickyM:I think you could just go for a shortCut and get a 200w sachet inverter. They cost around 20,000 naira |
