It is absolutely mind-blowing to see these price tags! The architecture is stunning, but I can only imagine what the maintenance and utility bills must look like for properties of this scale. It really puts into perspective the lifestyle of the ultra-wealthy.

At 10% per annum, the yield on that amount is about $1M
$1M is enough to fund that lifestyle and still have some change. Once you cross certain income threshold, your life will become much easier and less of all those worries about bills.
Most times all you will think about is where to put money in to secure your future.
