Simeon Amadi, chief judge of Rivers, has declined to constitute a judicial panel to probe Siminalayi Fubara, governor of the state, citing a court judgement. Yes this buying time.The interim order can be vacated by superior court. When Wike and his boy scout are done wasting time, the Chief judge will appoint judges sympathetic to Fubara, then they will sit and give a verdict that the grounds for impeachment are not tenable. That way case closed |
