I do not know much about the hierarchy of leadership in Nigeria.. But awarding a civilian GCON does not so sound well to me

Tpain has too mch corruption in his blood so he doesn't understand red lines.GCON is highest honor n shouldn't be for some foreigner who has lived many yrs in naija.GCON is for former presidents n vice
