WaytoGo:Yes they are sec approved and they manage their own fund called cowrywise money market fund. Go on sec website, look it up via Google or utilize AI and make your findings. |

Beeron:I get your point around the USD being the most popular means of exchange and base currently Just noting the pound sterling is the most valuable and to me its minimal use could be part of some political strategic reason |

EquityM:I am with Afrivest too, but my observation is that the rates you posted for cardinal equity were higher compared to Afrivest, especially the green days. Another is that, no returns for weekends and Public holidays. This is probably because their fund has more stocks investments. |

compunigeria:Are you aware of the amount of his capital? |

The bearish season has arrived; the market is strange; there is no retreat or surrender; Baba God will command the bull to enter in due course. |

EquityM:I've used for years and no issues. Portals and apps may have glitches but it doesn't make a house like afrinvest a bad one. For me, the are one of the powerhouses in the capital market. |

WaytoGo:Not about his capital. My capital is lesser than his but over the last weekend, it was all green on my side as well. We all experience the green and red the difference is in our quantum |

I'm not sure how some of these bonds function. One is making good money every day—between 20 and 24 percent—while the other is declining every day. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Care4: 9:22am On Jan 23 |
EquityM:Last year the ASI delivered around 51%. A couple of EMF beat it, while some were below it. "Good returns" is generic. Some are fine with 15% returns; for some, it has to be above 50%. It depends on individuals. For me, it has to beat the prevailing inflation or bank lending rate and give me 5-8% on top of it. So, you have to define what your good return is. To your question, the returns on EMF have been impressive. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 9:36am On Jan 23 |
I actually prefer 50%. I just hope Cardinal will be able to make it this year. The CSOF of Cardinal, which has a minimum capital of 100m, is already at 20+%. I can't quite understand what stocks made the CSOF skyrocket. Care4: |

EquityM:You comparing cardinal stone fixed income with which? I feel it's the other underlying assets that causes the difference. I was looking at united capital equity investment underlying assets- to be honest I don't think one will see more than a red in a week. Their equity is more like a balanced fund that's why YTD they are 7.58. 60% stocks 40% fixed income |

EquityM:You can check online, you will find the movers and shakers in their EMF portfolio. Most EMF pick 3 to 5 stocks on the premium board and a good number in the top 30 of the EQUITY board. Some even check it to decide what they can invest in directly. Another way is to check the ETFs they run. It can give you hints on their portfolio. |

No, DLM Income Fund and Cardinal Income Fund. The DLM has been super. Balanced funds tend to return less profit, as I am currently into the Quantum Zenith balanced fund. welzyj2: |

EquityM:Ok. SFS fixed income is at 16.60 I don't think DLM and SFS operate theirs like Cardinal using NAV |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Salarys: 9:51am On Jan 23 |
welzyj2:Yea. United capital isn't doing bad as well. I'm also keeping close tabs on them. Can I get the link to this?

| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 9:54am On Jan 23 |
Yes. No NAV. Check the picture below; it's unfair. It's like they are leaving us with crumbs. welzyj2:

EquityM:Chief, After Cardinal Stone confirmed your Fixed income alpha subscription, How long did it take before they processed the investment for you to begin to see daily returns and does the value amount appear on your dashboard because mine appears to be blank after buying some fixed Income this morning. Looking to test the waters with them. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 10:08am On Jan 23 |
Bro, what time did you subscribe? It usually shows instantly. Try and check using the web; however, you should see the amount by midnight in your dashboard. Beeron: |
