I don't think so, it only happens 6pm to 11pm since 4days now... Normal Airtel work without issue except ODU sim... I have seen someone complain about issue like this before. Maybe it is my turn to experience it.

You can move it with the IDU

I had a similar issue, it only worked well at night but once it's 8am I only get max 2mbps throughout the day, airtel couldn't provide any fix. I removed the sim from the odu put it in my phone and tried to make calls & sms after that I put it in back and took it to another location with a longer Ethernet cable and since then I get steady 40+ and on some days I randomly get 70+ while downloading files. All these happens on 4g, no 5g in my vicinity but the upload speed doesn't go pass 4mbps.

This can be very frustrating... Have you tried using another Airtel sim or check from anybody else using Airtel around your neighbourhood and confirm if they are having same problem

Normal Airtel sim works very well, After all that's my main provider

It's just this ODU that's giving me this issue

Use the normal sim on the odu... If it works that means your eSim is a having problem,

I don't think my ODU comes with a normal SIM. Just opened it to check now and there's no SIM inside

Yes put on your normal Airtel sim with data test the ODU so that you can isolate if the fault is from the device

so for those talking about alternative means to power the ODU via powerbank ..i bought a type c to barrel jack with adjustable voltage from aliexpress.. i use a 65000 mah powerbank , i adjust the voltage to 12v to power the router as it is 12v-1a or so however the network is not really fast ..myabe cus it is powering the outdoor unit also..so i adjust the voltage to 15v and it works better.. if you go up to 20v it will trip the router

And also, did you get the option with 8 adapters or just the bare cable

U don't mean it .. I should be the one complaining about network because network is very poor in my area , have U tried the band lock? Make sure your odu is facing the mast , choose only one band at a time

Then it's probably from your ODU SIM... Maybe try with physical( different sim) on your ODU

The problem is from the esim then...it's best to just get a physical sim and be using

But what do I do now? I heard that I can swap the eSIM to a normal SIM do I need to go to an Airtel Office or can I do it Roadside and the plans and bundles would carry over?

Yes you can swap anywhere a friend did swapped yesterday and it was successful in less than an hour

I wanted to upload this pic last night but I forgot. Seeing it today, I thought I was the one lol, I was thinking of getting this cable in bulk and resell for ppl on this thread, if you need this cable pls signify,
if you want to use your router with power bank this cable is the best

Your eSIM is the problem, you can get a new physical sim and registered it with the odu details , your problem will be solved

I've done the swap.
The person told me to wait till 7, o'clock before I put it in but I wanted to ask how long it usually takes.
Also does switching to physical Sim deactivate the eSIM?

Read through some of the discussions here on band locking.

Band 3 is the strongest where I am (4 bars)

Band 7 (just 2 or 1 bar).

Locked to 3 alone...

When it comes to battery I think the zlt x17u is fine. 5hours plus with 5 Devices connected to it ..
