The boko haram lakuruwa issues are age long relationship that has gone bad. They have people from that side among them and they understand the terrain even more than the soldiers.
When Buhari arrested some boko haram members years ago, the govt decided to rehabilitate them and give them money and training. Some people like me felt otherwise. We thought the govt should kill them all but govt spared them. Now, they've either gone back to the forest or providing information for terrorists.

All those military officers loitering around the cities and urban areas harassing innocent people should be redeployed to these villages and local towns with immediate effect.
