The God I know does not operate in this manner. 1. God decides when to heal He does what He wants, not what people plan for cameras. (Psalm 115:3) 2. Jesus didn’t show off He healed people quietly and told them not to tell others. (Mark 1:43–44) 3. Miracles should point to Jesus They help people believe the message, not make someone look important. (Mark 16:20, 1 John 4:1) 4. God is not for entertainment We shouldn’t use Him to impress others. (Deuteronomy 6:16 Sadly, many well-known pastors and general overseers in Nigeria engage in similar or even more questionable practices. May God heal the church in Nigeria IJN. Dae Jumong 25/1/26

Televangelists in America don do all these ones tey tey. But there's a form of "healing" that comes when a human body is charged with some kain "good feeling" which is often common in an atmosphere like a church gatherings - the music, affirmations, etc - but these are usually mild cases - where the person actually can walk, but maybe has some slight pains, uses a walking stick etc. The funny thing tho, you won't see these people outside of the event, confirming their healing. There's usually no follow up to see , how they were before, how they are now, what was the medical confirmation. But then again, these appear "necessary" for those who need others as a conduit to reaching God, rather than building a direct relationship with God. |

Recent as how? Something he has been doing for over 20 years. NBC banned televising of "miracles" in the late 2000s that's why he stopped putting it on TV. Now with the advent of YouTube and other smart tv platforms that NBC has no jurisdiction over, him and other pastors are free to televise their "healings" whenever they like |

dominique:NBC actually banned it because of him when a man who had not walked for over 20 years after his healing started running almost immediately. It doesn't work like that. That was an arrangee miracle. If you haven't walked for over 20 years, you'll need to learn how to walk again. Have you ever asked yourself why all these so called men of God have never gone to any hospital(s) to perform their miracle? That's because it's arranged. The miracles aren't real. Think about it yourself |

mohims:You don't dictate the pace of miracles and how quickly restoration can happen. Same Lazarus dead and said to have started rotting for 4 days was resurrected and he walked out of his tomb, what is a cripple running "almost immediately" compared to a dead and decaying man walking out of his tomb? |

PeopleStructure:The miracles our Lord Jesus Christ performed were real miracles not arranged or staged miracles like all these ones performed by these so called men of God these days. I had a personal experience with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and I can tell you that all his miracles are nothing but lies. We took two people who became crippled spiritually to him. He prayed and prayed but nothing happened and later he told us that he was in the season of prosperity and not for miracles hence the reason why they didn't receive their healing. If he is truly a man of God and his miracles are real, I challenge him to go to any hospital and perform those miracles there. Except if he's going to tell us that the power of God is limited. |

dominique:Looking at this topic how it’s even a debate shows that the situation of Nigerians is almost hopeless…. Not this generation will Africa be free, maybe in the next generation… When the supposedly intelligent ones are this gullible, lacks rational thinking, and would see black and call it white…. The sad situation and mental slavery, mental incompetency is beyond redemption… That’s why pastor Chris knows the people are extremely foooooolish beyond redemption, and he can always play his tricks and people will still defend him and enable him.. I don’t blame these pastors anymore, I think if anyone can discover a glitch in the system, that the people are empty upstairs, then he can successfully use that opportunity to continually play con on them.. Ride on pastor Chris, may your pocket never run dry… use the brains of Nigerians and chop your life |
