Ever since I stopped gambling, my phone has been boring. What do you guys use your phones for? Mine is just Nairaland, TikTok, and YouTube. Am I missing something, or is my generation slowly going into exile?

Well, some will tell you it’s an avenue to start content creation. But I see most of those content creators as idi*iots who choose money over reputation, respect and privacy. I don’t do TikTok, I don’t even have an account with them. YouTube (just the link to a video) is mostly used alongside my other YouTube downloaders for learning new concepts in my Software journey and field.

Back to the issue. If I’m less busy, I open my lichess app to play chess. There is this word cookies game too that I use to play that helps me learn words. I know a friend who likes to read pdf stuffs (I think stories or books) too from their phone too.

A lot of my free time is spent browsing, using chat gbt, YouTube, Instagram. I spend too much time on my phone, thankfully, I've paid my dues.

I have my income, have a family and have pretty much achieved what I should be achieving at my age. I can afford to play with my free time.

Please, if youre still hustling to find your feet, stay away from constantly using your phone. It is a thief of time!. Thank God phone wasn't a thing while I was in school and trying to find my feet.

While the internet has its uses, it's more of a problem than a blessing for most people.

I doubt anyone can do without phone. Especially android.

Reddit, playing music and watching movies. Yes, the white man turned those computers in our pockets into entertainment devices.

The only road i know that has brought me to this level is to go to school, get highly desired certifications and do the work for almost 20 years, you will achieve the level of success that can make you play on your phone from morning till night.

As a young man, you must put in the work, grind for many years and success will come. Nobody in life can 'show you road', except you're looking for illegal means to make money, which in itself isn’t easy.

You read when I said i've paid my dues, I've been working for 20 years and I'm at senior management. Nothing comes easy. The point in my i initial post is to stop wasting time on your phone and grind in the real world.

Go to youtube and search for how to create viral ai videos, master it very well, then organise class for people on WhatsApp, teach them and earn. The reason I referred you to YouTube is because you can learn it free over there, if you contact me, I will charge a token for data.
Secondly , brainstorm, find a problem that needs urgent solution within or outside your environment, pay someone to create a website or app for that, you can contact me for this though, then sit back and enjoy the fruit of your labour.
For instance, if you live around student environment, create food ordering website, create awareness and the rest would be history
