Chelsea's 15 goal conceded in a season record stands untouched again.

Manchester United have looked very good and taking six points from two games against the top two in the league is some start for Michael Carrick.......Bf

We should blame Arteta for overusing him. Why sign Norgaard if you can't trust him enough.

You don't understand Amorim's point on football.
Whether Bruno Fernandes plays in central midfield or attacking midfield, he is far far above Kobbie Mainoo and Mainoo cannot bench Bruno whether on central or attacking midfield. That is a fact.

Amorim preferred Bruno in central midfield and that's why Kobbie has to sit. Take it or leave it, he is far far better than Kobbie in both positions. Since Bruno is better than Kobbie in central midfield, that's why he can't use them together except Kobbie will have to play in defensive midfield (Casemiro position) which he obviously can't play.

I hear you, bro. And honestly, your frustration is very old-school football fan logic — squad management, timing, balance — that stuff matters. You’re not wrong to value it.

Arteta actually does have good assistants (Albert Stuivenberg, Carlos Cuesta), but the difference between him and Pep isn’t just “older assistant vs younger.” It’s authority and legacy. Pep can afford to be checked. He’s won everything. When that older assistant tells him to calm down, it lands because Pep already knows he’s Pep. Arteta is still proving himself, so he’s more controlling — that’s common with managers building their identity.

About the set-piece thing: yeah, Arsenal leaned hard into it — sometimes too hard — but that’s also a symptom of where the squad is. When you’re not as technically dominant as City, you squeeze margins. Set pieces aren’t the plan, they’re the multiplier. The problem isn’t that Arsenal use them — it’s when they stop evolving beyond them in big moments.

Now the rotation point? That’s where your Chelsea trauma is talking 😭 — and it’s valid.

Arteta absolutely overplayed his core guys.

- Saka cooked.
- Ødegaard run into the ground.
- Saliba injury → whole season wobble.

That’s a young-manager mistake. Wanting it all at once instead of sequencing success like you said. Chelsea fans know this pain because you’ve lived both sides: the Mourinho “focus on the league” years and the chaos years.

But here’s the counter-counter (fair is fair):

Arsenal fans waited 20 years to be back in a title race. Once you taste it, patience disappears. Arteta wasn’t just managing a squad — he was managing a fanbase starving for relevance. That pressure makes managers greedy.

Pep can rotate because:

- He has two world-class players per position
- He trusts the second guy
- The club culture backs long-term dominance

Arteta’s Arsenal are still building that depth and trust.

So I’d sum it up like this:

You’re right about squad management and pacing

You’re right that football isn’t just corners and spreadsheets

But Arteta isn’t clueless — he’s early-stage Pep, without Pep’s safety net

If Arsenal don’t learn to prioritize soon, though? Then your criticism stops being opinion and starts being prophecy.

And yeah… that United goal-difference title still hurts. Real ones remember 😤
I second this post but the only mistake is where u said Pep has 2 world class player in each position. That's a lie. His squad sorely lacks quality

Na oversabi go kee Arteta las las. Squad rotation is not in his dictionary. Against Chelsea in carabao cup he played everybody for a useless cup game that u still had to play return leg. Over exhaustion from that game made them drop points against notingham when they could hav win and go 9 points clear. U hav qualified for champions League why not give other players chance. Look at how rusty eze is. This should hav been the easiest league for arsenal to win after trying all this years but they are about to bottle it again.
So you aren't happy that, arsenal wins all matches in champion league premilary? Is that not achievements? Don't forget you guys celebrate emirate cup yearly.

Most important is that Ur darling team make you happy, at least you break record, let the team who needs title take it home pls.

Arsenal are likely to bottle this league again cos the pressure will be on them especially when they know they have to play at Etihad. Imagine if man city did not miss form recently they could have been leading the table comfortably. Anyway there is still going to be surprises ahead.

It's unfortunate we still have babies watching football with sentiment.

Forget it, Arsenal will win EPL. Please, who wants to stop them?! As a city fan, I never tipped CITzy from the start as they need to gel with their new recruit.

Liverpool is epileptic! Aston Villa will lose breath when it matters.

Arsenal are still the favorite.

As for those praising Carrick, it appears you are just watching football. Carrick is not their saviour! Man U is just in the right spirit. Give them time before they bring their mediocrity back to play. They need to buy NEEDED players not just signing. Kudos ro Carrick but not impressed yet.
E go shock u eh, no mata how unstable city is, u dnt wana have them sitting 2nd with anything less than 12 points behind u,,,,,, tlkless of 4 points...... Those guys won 4 straight titles, never done bfr

Coming from a pained and disappointed Arsenal fan.

If you weren't a smaller baby yourself, you'd have known that Arsenal have been in much better position for some years now but still folded.

This is the second half of the season and it always come with something different.

Arsenal should choose their fight now or they'll end up not lifting any trophy this season after all the beautiful games and goals.
