I have been seeing Temu App adverts showing several products. I heard they usually ask for ATM card details and other information to make purchases.

Who has successfully bought from Temu before? Is it safe? How long does it takes for goods to arrive from abroad. Are the goods seen on display the same as when it arrives?

Pls share your experiences.

It's just like a lost brother to AliExpress. You must enter your card details to pay but I don't know if they accept Naija Cards.

Don't buy from Temu if you don't understand measurements. I see Nigerians crying on Twitter and TikTok that what they received is smaller than what they ordered, even though the length and width of the product are clearly written there

I am interested in their shoes. Has anyone bought shoes from Temu before? Did they deliver the right size which you chosed?

Lol, many will fall into this low budget over hyped Jumia......just be careful lads, it is not always green outside ☺️

Make sure you read the product specifications carefully, understand the dimensions of the product and read reviews on the product if any has been posted. Even at that, there's no guarantee that you won't end up in a "what I ordered Vs what I got" situation.

Why don't you create your own thread and say what you have in mind? Why do you come to my thread to tag people and drop links? I don't like it.

If there is no physical store…I’m not dealing with.
Screenshot the shoes you want and send to vendors around you…believe me, they will get it for you.

All these online stores can be very disappointing and stressful.

I don't know what Paystack means. I believe normal transfer would work right? Thanks for your answer.

Does that means they do the entire clearing on your behalf, while you wait at your location to get the order?

Normal bank to bank transfer is among the "method of payment " options

I ordered for a shoe two weeks ago, they brought the right size. It even looked better in reality.
The shipping is handled by speedaf directly to whatever location you fill up.

There's no free delivery to doorpost by Aliexpress. Free delivery ends at the post office.
However, For Temu, Free delivery gets to your doorstep.

I've received AliExpress free delivery to doorpost recently.

I don't like it because their logistics company is in my area (a bike or 10 min drive away) and they don't use bike to deliver, they send people (men and women) on foot to be trekking under the hot sun, carrying load.

I wish I could tell them to keep my parcels and I'll come and pick them up, best I can do is to start tipping the delivery people or offer them a bottle of water
