Hi guys, my friend didn't get the induction mail that was shared recently but he got a mail to fill out a form as an inductee meanwhile he wasn't actually invited , i believe this is a mix-up because he didn't get a rejection neither did he get induction mail. he is confused.

please and advice or information will be of great help.

It's not a graduate trainee program for IT it's a general one.

Are you sure the guarantor form you were referring to is not the medical consent form. Cause you'll not be asked guarantor information if you didn't get an induction invite & offer letter.
