Kwankwaso can afford to drop all elected officials under the NNPP, replace them with another set and still win. Kwankwasiyya is not built around individual prowess. Even Abdulmumin Jibrin couldn't win his election until he decamped to NNPP and got elected. He still won't win under the APC, even with federal might.
