Is it by force to open shop and sell market?
Shop belongs to the traders, products or goods belong to the traders. So what is actually the issue or problem here? Profit or loss is borne by the traders. So what is actually the bone of contention here?

Soludo should focus and mind his business biko.

Just imagine a bunch of terrorists overruling the Governor.
What an insult to legal authority.

Has anyone even seen the clown calling himself Emman Powerful? Na the IPOB leader in Sokoto giving these orders. There's no one called Emman Powerful.
Hence he couldn't stop the traders to risk their lives on Mondays he also can't stop them from going to their businesses when they feel like doing that, how many times has any of Soludo's children been moving around on Mondays? Are his children in Nigeria? How many times has Soludo shopped from the main and local markets in Anambra and Nigeria entirely,? when did government begin to decide when people would go or not go their businesses in Nigeria? You have to mind the way you support evil in the South East, this is not the way to stop the insecurity in the SE, rather it will flame it up more

I trust Nwa Mgbafor, he can't cower to secceccionist rethorics anymore. He has won his re-election so there's nothing they can use to threaten him anymore.

As for Emma powerless and his fellow online mob, better be on ground tomorrow, I don't want to hear I'm not in the state or your house is far, all Kanu disciples here running their mouth, should make sure they are in Onitsha tomorrow to show Soludo that they only listen to and take orders from Kanu.

Uche unu ga di ya by Force. Soludo should make sure the security details posted there not only use rubber bullets and tasers but also have enough kobokos to flog the Ipob demon possessing them out.

Ogologo okwu adiro na uka ngbede. Ndi otu nzuzo Kanu, ka chi fo
Sorry ooo, is it the only Main market or all the markets in Onitsha ? If not all, then Iberibe gi soro gi puta n'uwa, ndo o

Are you done talking? If you are not done, take several seats at the back when men are talking, boy!

If you are done, use handkerchief to clean your cattarhed nose and face your front!

How will they bypass the security that surrounds the market? If IPOB loves Kanu so much, why didn't they go and barricade DSS headquarters where he was held? If they were serious and not just arrant noise makers, why are they still accepting naira in the Onitsha market? Let them ban the use of the naira in that market first and then we will reason their level of seriousness.

IPOB is threading on dangerous grounds here. The Chief law enforcement officer of the state has given a directive. Openly calling for his order to be defied is calling for an insurrection.
All those who try to defy the governor today will await a rude shock.

The police should be able to scare them.

Very strong security presence should be enough to scare them.

I just hope there won't be deaths if it passes Tuesday. IPOB may want to make statement through martyrs killed by security personnel.

Razzness:
Sit at home is one of the most futile and irrational things I've ever seen. It just doesn't make sense to me, because at the end of the day it is your own people that are loosing, not Yoruba or hausa. Its just like those people in some countries that go on hunger strike, it makes me wonder "is it not your self, you are doing" instead of you to eat food and have strength to protest, you choose to starve yourself. That is exactly what IPOB are doing.
I'm not and will never be in support of IPOB, but if people chooses by themselves not to do business, how does that concerns the governor? Is he the one that opened business for them. If it's government workers now, ehen! He has the right to direct them as he want.
What of Sundays that people doesn't go anywhere, is it not some people that made it so. So if they add Monday to it, how is it anybody's business

But it is not the governor that open the market for them na... I think the governor can do better than being a dictator at this critical time. He should bea mediator. All the eastern governor knows that Kanu will take their shine if released, hence them not want him released

Re: "Open Your Markets And Shops Tomorrow"- IPOB To Main Market Traders by themanderon: 1:20am On Jan 27
Soludo is fighting a battle he cannot win. Obiano carefully avoided picking up fights with these people. I would advise him to do same.
If the traders choose to stay home on Mondays is it not their business? Is it not their loss? Did he open the business for them? I don't like the fact that he leaves the important business of governance to dabble into immateriality.

If he have done that, his agitation would have been senseless. How can you want to separate from an entity and still supporting people to go vie for top position in the same entity. I hope you understand me

I don't support IPOB or their foolish Sit At Home, but Soludo has approached this problem wrongly.

All he should have done is make sure the markets are not locked on Monday and enough security see off IPOB Sit At Home enforcers.
Then any individual traders failing to open on Mondays would be issued a letter warning of being liable to pay a fine if they fail to open the following Monday . Failure to pay fine should result in eviction.
Failure of market management to unlock the market on Mondays should result in their sack , arrest and prosecution.
Soludo is unserious and just paying lip-service. He has been this issue for over 4 years.
Can you really hear yourself talk? What concerns anybody with how a trader who government didn't give any money to start his trade wants to do his business? If he likes let him stay half of the week at home, his problem. I'm not in support of the sit at home too, but Soludo should be concern with govt workers and civil servants.
Not people who own their business with their own sweat

Because it is affecting commerce, the economy and investments. Anambra has lost some investors to neighbour Delta state.

Furthermore many traders may only be observing the Sit At Home out of fear and intimidation from IPOB ESN

Sometimes some people's thoughts makes me laugh... So you feel that the people cannot use koboko... So you feel that the people cannot fight back..so you feel that whatever instrument the military will use that the people cannot use them... I don't understand people oo... This is a wound that cannot be healed... These same people were starved for three years during the war with the help of France using Cameroun... All these ones some governors from the region are doing are just pouring water on a stone... The government can't control the people rather the people control the government... If there are gunshots tomorrow i bet you it will escalate

Southeasterners should channel this anger into the electoral process and strategically make their votes count. The days of voting just to prove a point are over. That's one aspect Nnamdi Kanu failed to capitalise upon.
Thank you so much for your comment. You are 100% right.

Unfortunately Nnamdi Kanu cannot give what he does not have. Biafra is a weakness for us and he took advantage of it to scam our people.

He is simply a criminal and honestly succeeded beyond his wildest dreams. I always ask people to go back and see what he was doing for a living in London before Goodluck Jonathan lost the election to Buhari.
