Tinubu should go ahead and block Nigerians from accessing the air we breathe. He only came to kill loot and destroy. |

So what’s the alternative? The masses are complaining that sachet water is expensive. So what do we want them to drink? |

This people just adopt anything they see online just to prove they are intellectually sound. Any template that promotes sustainability is always a topic of discussion or debate in the nation. Meanwhile, these workshops and meetings are funnels to steal taxpayers money. They are conduits to justify stealing. That's how some folks in Nigeria refer to themselves as climate activists meanwhile they know nothing about climate change. How much does Africa contribute in global emission, they don't know. BARIKOR, LEAVE SACHET WATER ALONE OR I BLIND YOU! SATAN |

It is not possible This clueless leaders will sit in their office and not know what to do but now they are challenging water sellers. The only reason Nigeria have portable water after the clueless government ended our hope of portable water from the tap in our homes. Nigerians discovered digging of boreholes in southern Nigeria and our water ministry died a natural death even though most of the water ministry workers still receive salaries for not producing anything |

Sachet water become lucrative and expensive when government at all level abandoned supply of pipe water. Our government never see water as one of basic amenities Nigerians need. It is a shame anyway. |

The FG’s plan to reduce sachet water consumption makes sense environmentally, but it’s problematic socially if done the wrong way. |

You can do that initiative for a developed country. Not for a very undeveloped country with a high population of poverty that cannot afford bottled water regularly. |

adenigga:This is why Nigeria is stupid. So you have identified there are 33,000 satchet water manufacturers in Nigeria. You now want to shut them down. Your reasoning is pollution. At the same time, you don't have a sanitation system or a waste disposal system in a country of 220 million people. Even if somebody wanted to dispose something the proper way, there is actually no proper way available. If 5 people work in each of those 33,000 factories you have now made 160,000 people unemployed. Show me a country that is proudly trying to destroy 33,000 factories. |
