Judging from this everything should be perfect in fact it's the best I've seen on this thread... just check very well on your usage and hope you know the data usage meter resets monthly

This is the x17U, a downgrade of X17M , it has a lot of complaints from this thread, it's only selling point is the battery life which is way better than the X17M, if that's the only device available, he should get it , but if there's another model available, he shouldn't get this

That's the notorious X17U.

However, I still believe most problems people have with it might stem from registration of the device. That said, it remains the least rated of all the ODUs in terms of pure specifications.

go to internet function, change to 4g only. That 5g Na weapon formed against network

it’s what I’m using, you’ll enjoy the battery.

I’m using this as well and it’s been a month now and I have never experienced any issues. I even enjoy the battery so much. If you are having issues with the X17U, then something is wrong somewhere. I’m even planning on buying a second one as backup.

thanks to everyone that suggested the 4G , but im still getting 1Mbps max. Called them twice they said they will rectify under 72hrs .Wanted to say maybe its cos I swapped to physical Sim thats the cause but ive used the physical Sim more than a week and it was blazing ,it just started all of a sudden

For someone like me, it's either physical sim or physical sim. There is no in between. At least for now. And they have been working, baring those times Airtel decided to happen.

The only good thing about this device is that the battery life lasts very well. Otherwise, the number of times I get the image below is quite befuddling. It just keeps showing that upon several retries. The page will later open after about 15 tries. Tiring

My own x17u as Been serving me ,it is very good and my work depends on it , the speed is fast, downloading files, to updating of operating system to streaming and uploading of files on YouTube, I have minimum of 6 devices connected always, so I can recommend it anyone

I think if you decide to go physical sim at point of first registration then it's understandable

Maybe. Thankfully I have not yet had to swap an esim to physical sim.

Abi nw… I don’t think they want people to be using it as physical sim, it takes only luck for it to work on physical sim

I think when everything is considered, especially the fact that the data is capped on these devices, the device with the best energy efficiency might just be a better option for those who live in areas with very good signal.

I don't know the energy efficiency of X17M and G5F that I have because I don't rely on their power banks since I have a home inverter. In that case, G5F is better for me for now due to its ability to get good signals in my place.
