This car is a matter of choice, if you love the shape, it’s even more economical than Toyota Corolla

and offers less comfort. If fuel economy is your priority, go for a tricycle or motorbike instead

If you no mind the shape the car is very good especially for city driving. Fuel economy is top notch. E get where e go reach you go begin wonder if your fuel gauge is still working

Do you expect a mini car to be fuel guzzler despite offering no competitive advantage wrt comfort?

How much do you want to sell.

Why not buy Toyota Yaris that's like Toyota Corolla instead? I don't like the shape plus it's used as a cab in Benin city which is not bad, I don't like that it's very small and almost weightless. If it's for the price then go for it otherwise go for the Yaris that looks like Corolla.

It is not meant to be driven on roads where articulated and big vehicles can drive past it at top speeds! Don’t drive it on such roads and you will enjoy it.

It's a very good car. It's economical and easy to maintain if you buy tokunbo. I have been using it for over two years now. I take it everywhere to as far as Akure and ilorin from Lagos. But make sure you buy the one with 4 doors just in case you want to resell later.

why would you want to resell it later? If it's your first car, why not keep it and own it? Keep it for your children.

I worked in that axis(Garba Chede-Sunkani-Bali Rd) 2 months ago.

I would advise to go for the other version of Toyota Yaris, that is; the one with trunk. It's same engine.

I use the 03 two door version.

Great fuel economy. Very rugged as per Toyota.

If you can afford to, get the four door version. It's much more convenient as many have said.

I have had strangers walk up to me especially at repair shops asking if it is for sale.

It has great second hand value in the North where I am. The fuel subsidy removal brought this car to the top list of desired cars now.

Buy it especially one with a good engine and you won't regret it

The Toyota Yaris is nice car, fuel econimcal and easy to maintain. But my view on the car is that this type came with two doors which might be affect the residual (second hand) value. It is common on Nigeria road. If you want to see more of it smaller type, pls go to Benin in Edo State.

Have you driven one before or your just making assumptions based on the size?
I have owned one before ( though the sedan version) , It was extremely reliable , very peppy engine and nice road handling.
How will breeze blow it away?
Even a kia picanto will travel effortlessly from lagos to Jos.
