You want to pay agent 100k for a 5m house which he'll collect just once in all your 10 years of staying in the house; yet, he'll go to the same market with you and the landlord (who will collect another 5m in 12 month time), he'll use the same hospital, buy fuel in same fuel station, pay same school fees, plus he might be paying his own rent too ooo

One of the reasons I dislike my fellow southerners. This exploitation does not happen in the north.

About this agent matter, I have friends who are property agents. They can make only 1 or 2 sales in a whole year. Abeg... If them no see food chop, na me (family and friends) go suffer am. Allow them earn their money since they ain't committing any crimes
