I believe it's a waste of time arguing with Reno in this case as he's stated before now, admitting his fault in believing false accusations in news platforms and he's apologized. The evidence is there.

If both men: Reno and Sowore are brought in to discuss this, there's no way Sowore can win as Reno will present records: date and time, showing his rebuttal of his former statements against the president.

Are you a stakeholder in this matter to state the bolded? No. It was Tinubu that Omokri and Sowore Slandered and it is Tinubu's prerogative to decide who to charge to court and who to exonerate if convinced malice is lacking or apology insincere.

Sowore is not intellectually robust anyway and he is just clutching at straws here. He cannot argue Omokri making defamatory allegations against Tinubu, who was a private citizen then, gives him justification to make defamatory statement against Tinubu the President of Nigeria to then claim Tinubu is a criminal meaning Nigeria is being led by a criminal.

It is Tinubu's prerogative at all times, with unique circumstances taken into account such as whether he was President at the time or not, who to prosecute or forgive of slander against him.

If some of you inspect issues thoroughly and without sentiments then the obvious should be obvious.

It is the prerogative of the President to forgive and forget the intransigence of Omokri against him that happened before he became President and Omokri himself has denounced as wrong publicly on several occasions.

It is also the prerogative of the President to charge Sowore to Court for deliberate, offensive, unrepentant and continous slander and defamation of character against his name and office, as President of Nigeria, to date.

Sowore even dared the Presidency to charge him to Court for his childish and repellent slurs against an office he should respect even if he cannot respect the man in the office.

Sowore is charged and in court as he demanded. He cannot now detract with whataboutism related to Omokri because, as stated before, it is the prerogative of private citizen Bola Tinubu to ignore Omokri.

While also the different prerogative of President Tinubu to ensure Sowore is legally sanctioned for openly insulting and disrespecting the office of the President of Nigeria with no evidence to back his allegations.

You can call out a public figure but you don't call them."criminals" or "Paedophile", "rapist" etal without proof because they can decide to prosecute you for defamation of character and the ruling will be in their favour 100% of the time if those making the allegation cannot provide proof to back their claim.

That many politicians choose to ignore the defamatory slurs against them does not mean no wrong has been done.

Just that it is not expedient to begin taking every member of the public to court when they defame your character maliciously.

Still, it is right and fitting Tinubu does so to a public figure who wants to become President yet believes the way to go about it is slandering all his opponents.
