Oga, I have been to Badagry. Can you compare it to Elmina Castle, Cape Coast Castle, Osu Castle, and many others? If you are interested in the slavery thing, there are many far better places for tourism than the dry Badagry.

To your second point, yes, there are far more pyramids in Suda,n but any and every tourist would be interested in seeing the best, most historic, and the biggest. If I had limited time in Africa, it would be a complete waste to go see unnamed and obscure pyramids in Sudan when the best are. It is quality over quantity.

To the last point, let's be honest, do you really think Lugard House in Kogi, the Shrine, and Badagry even start the argument for Nigeria being in the top 25 inAfrica? Let's be honest here

Yes, one man's meat is another's poison. Some even think Makoko should be a tourist destination. But a travel company would market a place that would meet the needs of most of its clients, not just a niche few.

Natural Wonders and Parks such as Obudu, Yankari, Erin-Ijesa etc

Cultural and Historical Sites such as Osun-Osogbo Sacred Grove, Badagry Slave Route, Olumo Rock, Benin wall and artifacts, Ile-ife, Igbo ukwu, Nok, Sungbo Eredo, Mambilla, Ogbunike to mention a few.

Then there are beaches, plateaus, ancient castles, carnivals, festivals....

Our cuisine, cultural diversity and immense talent.

Nigeria has two UNESCO world heritage sites. If not for corruption and insecurity, the entire country is a tourist's haven.
