28 out of 37 States including the rest of FCT (outside of Abuja City) are rated as unclean States, while Nine states are considered to be clean having scored above 45%.

Even the ones considered to be clean are still dirty. They are just cleaner than others.

I'm not aware of any state in Nigeria where you won't see sand and silt lining their streets and roadsides.

What of overgrown weeds and open spaces littered with empty water sachets?

What happened to delta state

Surprise to see Lagos in the list. Even in 1990 Lagos state wasn't clean. Maybe the definition of clean is relative to each particular person.

It is as clean and organized as abroad. At least I have seen both, and know what they both look like.

Abuja shouldn't be counted as NC. It belongs to all the 6 regions.

The "Clean" they're talking about is financial health not physical cleaniliness

My Ekiti state is cleaner than Lagos state in South West...
