Which Lagos? Lagos as far as where I ply every time is concerned is very dirty.

Lagos and Anambra shouldn't be on that list.

How is Lagos cleaner than Ogun, Oyo and Osun? Well, parts of Ibadan messed things up for Oyo but it's still a lot of fresh air out there. Ogun is generally okay safe for towns bordering Lagos. Osun is also okay.

Bauchi is okay but is it ahead of Kogi, Nasarawa , Delta or Ekiti?

I totally disagree with this list. I don't see any clean state in Nigeria, but if you tell me clean cities, I wil have to agree.
If you say clean state, you are taking into consideration of all the towns and cities in that state.

Lagos and Anambra are not clean. A few part of the states can be clean......Lagos for example, do you mean Ikoyi, Ikeja, Victoria Island or Okokomaiko, Orile, Tolu or where?

Abia state is very much cleaner than Anambra.
