i had same issue. I contacted Airtel CC and they requested i provide the IMEI of the device. Note, na backdoor sim but i gave them the IMEI of the first ODU i bought months ago and it was fixed instantly. Airtel na mumu but them think say dem wise. I thought they would know but they didn't

but I was told the backdrop for unlimited is not going for now, unfortunately my unlimited was suppose to expire on the 6th of Feb it just stopped showing network all of a sudden yesterday, I inserted it in the phone NO NETWORK

It's like your sim is physically damaged, go do a SIM swap

I put on flight mode tire na now e dey work but very slow and funny thing with this thing network reception is 100% ok

same here. I had thought my device had been deregistered. Just started working couple of minutes ago.

I hope i won't get into any trouble living my ODU on for 3 days+ last time i left my MTN 5G Router on for 30 days naso as i reboot am e no on again it's still softbrick and can't fix it

Which of the ODUs is that? If it is a UPS that doubles as PoE, then you should ensure to get appropriate UPS when buying. You can get them on AliExpress.

I’m very happy that you acknowledge that the cause of the slow network speed is switching from eSIM to a physical SIM. I will never advise anyone to change from eSIM to a physical SIM

I switched from e to physical. They did it at their HQ in my city. Have never experienced any loss of speed. Been blazing since then.

I set mine to automatically reboot once every week atleast.

nothing , it just stopped working all of a sudden. It’s not even up to six months

This will only work for ZLT using the 12V output. You can’t use the POE.

Your answer wasn't specific. If you're using it for the ZTE G5F, the PoE port has to be 48V. This one is 24 and won't work.
