BlackPantherxXx:..abi.. during his 1 term why did Soludo shut down the market.. because now he has successfully secured his 2nd tenure now he is now misbehaving and maltreating his people |

ajalawole:These questions are common knowledge to Soludo! The question you haven't asked is can Soludo move around Anambra state without his security details? Was it not the same state last year that a popular social meat seller was kidnapped and killed? Up till now, have the perpetrators being either caught or brought to book? The fact that nobody even believed the assurances of the governor proves the level of mistrust people have for the security operatives! Better be safe than sorry! |

Mabuggi88:and one illiterate told the literates to always sit at home on Mondays in anambra but ensure they open their shops on Mondays in Lagos..or are the igbos in Lagos more educated than those in anambra |

BlackPantherxXx:I shudder at magnitude of foolishness ravaging vast majority of the core easterners, of which am one of them. I'm an Imolite. This man, soludo is doing what they so-called arrogant 'civil war' survivors can not do for themselves, standing up for themselves in the face of some miscreants sabotaging the heroic deeds and legacy left behind by likes of odumegwu ojukwu and so on. More shocking is the fact that almost everyone I have engaged in this same issue leave me no choice than to agree with the social critic; "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." — George Carlin. |

shortgun:We have rights! Governor Soludo cannot force us to open our shops! But Nnamdi Kanu can force them to close them? Idiotz |

Lastpharoah33:This is the first sensible thing I've read so far concerning the issue. I mean Soludo makes a solid point, why don't dey celebrate Saturday or Sunday as worlds Nnamdi Kanu Day in Solidarity? Why must dey hurt just to prove a point? Damn |

You will make a good leader one day for your people in any capacity. I pray you attain such a position. I am being sincere here Many folks can't be objective. That's what you have shown. Soludo is really trying for his people and he means well yet he's hated. Lastpharoah33: |

One thing we should know about all these is that main market for a long time has always been open on Mondays. If you want to open your shops on Monday nobody would query you or close your shops. But the question is, after opening the shops on Mondays, what next! The primary reason we igbos open shops is because of our customers. Other Mondays wen you come to main market, some shops are opened but no customers. If you try this for two consecutive months and you don't make any sales, you definitely wud be discouraged to carry on. Remember, we business men in main market have customers that comes far and near, some from other states. If those people aren't assured of their safety then we opening our shops on Mondays would be in vain. So the question is when we open our shops Mondays, who would patronize us. We are not the problem, insecurity is! Take schools for example, yes, government schools or even private schools can be forced to open on Mondays, but you definitely can't force me to send my kids to school same Monday. So teachers end up teaching nobody that same day. If security is assured, then it would be safe for people to carry out their Normal activities on Mondays. |

So you think that Soludo is finished politically after his term as a governor? He won't be seeking for higher political offices after his tenure? Nawa oO. AdolfHitlerxXx: |

BlackPantherxXx:Your hatred for anything Igbo (hate which i'm sure you extend to Peter Obi) leaves you bereft of any commonsense! In your convoluted understanding of politics, the people are subservient and inferior to their 'elected' officials and administrators! Any good student of the works of Plato would quickly tell you you're sounding uninformed! Pray, what does the maxim: vox populi, vox Dei mean to you? Nigeria is the way it is today because of people like you? Out of hate and a irrational state of mind driven by the emilokan brand of politics, you accuse those who chose to err on the side of caution and stay away from their shops on mondays of being 'cowards'! These people have rightly lost faith in the capacity of your Tinubu and Soludo gov'ts to guarantee the protection of their lives and properties, yet you glibly interprete their actions as 'hiding on mondays'! You that is 'brave' and have faith in your Tinubu gov't, why don't you prove a point by embarking on a scenic drive with your family from Abuja or Lagos (wherever you are) to Zamfara and Sokoto, then make a detour to take in the sights of Sambisa Forest in the north-east!? If your black ass isn't kidnapped or shot, you can come back and tell us how the journey went! Soludo did not win the last gubernatorial election in Anambra state! The thieving professor induced voters on polling day and had the backing of Tinubus' compromised and criminal security forces to do it! I for one can't stand the sight of the man! |

Ofodirinwa:I can't put it better.. Gladdens my heart to know that there are thinking heads like you who can always see through their shenanigans. As long as these desperate characters masquerading as igbo leaders continue to mortgage the larger interests of the igbo nation in pursuit of their warped personal goals, the region will continue to struggle.. |

Soludo should sign an undertaken that as the cso of the state, saddled with the responsibility of securing lives and property,if any loss is recorded as a result of his stance on Mondays resumption, then the people can come for him. Useless leaders! |
