Sometime last November when I was a little bit less busy, I applied for an international VA role in a very big firm. And they just replied me on Friday 27th inviting me for an interview and onboarding. That's like almost 5 months later. Funnily enough, I didn't accept the invitation because I am now very occupied. I have sent them an email to see whether I can refer people for the role. For you guys complaining about not getting a response, just keep applying, you'll surely get soon, the firm might not be ready to employ after advertising for employment.
