This really is a stunning show of illiteracy and tribal hatred against Tinubu. Calling someone a criminal, least of all the President of a nation, is not "free speech".

It is a character-damaging allegation the maligned Party is within his/her right to fight by bringing a formal charge of defamation of character against you which then requires you to clears yourself proving your allegation is correct and not malicious.

If you cannot prove your case you will be convicted showing that the law does not not view your allegation as "free speech" but a malicious attempt to damage the character and reputation of another seriously, perhaps beyond repair, for which you must be punished by law.

Oando is now an upstream oil and gas company dealing in the extraction and sale of crude oil. And Oando had been operating in the oil and gas industry since the 1990s, long before Tinubu became president in 2023!
