Kaliningrad posted statistics and you don't expect Russia to top it? Its impossible because he is one of Putin apologist .

Kaliningrad is a name of a metro stop and a street in Moscow so what do you expect from someone obsessed with Russia he never live in or ever visit?

I'm even surprised he forgot to add Nigeria in the worst table as usual.

Next topic pls..

All the above countries that have good performing currencies...are diviersifed industrial economies that export manufactured goods and services.

Yes, they also have corruption issues, specially russia. But once your economy is dependent on manufactured goods and services, you are okay.

But APC and ADC Bots don't want to hear. neither do pdp, or tinubites, or obi supporters, or atiku supporters. They all love oyel money cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
What is Sweden manufacturing and exporting? Forget, it's pure oil money! They have an excess crude account that no baggar can touch! If you are swede, you are born rich. Obasanjo dared to try doing same for Nigeria but once he was out, the Senate squandered everything while Nigerians stood aloof! Now we are screaming APC and ADC. If OBJ stayed in power since 99, we would have been better off. Fuç4 western styled democracy.

There is bad, worse and worst.

There is also good, better and best.

PDP privatisation and deregulation prosperity politicians are BETTER in making our country dependent on manufactured goods and services.

Why would you disagree with this comparative fact huh

Is that because our president has been smart enough to use the $84 billion and the $3.3 billion SPV Afreximbank loan to defend the Naira as promised for his short term goal of N300/$1 huh

Russia still tops the top performing currency and with a wide margin!
Russia is about the only country in the world that is completely self-sufficient

It has all natural minerals which team is border and people keep buying from other countries

What puttin simply did was to ask them to start paying in Russian currency

Nonsense performing as how it has fallen so low that it can't fall any lower.
The only reason it's is not on the list is because naira did not go down in 2025 and this list is for 2025.
Performing my ass, it fell more than 100% when bubu Chicago took power in 2023.

PDP privatised, yes (that's why we have a telecoms sector anyway), but on electric power, they privatised, and then brought in price controls , which laid the foundation for the continued suffering the power sector still has (apc was and is just as silly to keep them).

PDP was also not bold enough to remove fuel subsides, especially in 2012 when they should have told off the ojtoa crowd and done it.

And PDP still ran a national cake economy. There is no naitonal cake, that;s what I have been trying to tell nigerians , regardless of who they support, here. But they no hear.

1.I think you mean Norway or Norge, not Sweden

2.What else does Norway make? Heavy equipment and drilling equipment for the oil industry, green energy things, etc

3.They are the second largest oil producer in the world, and they have just six million people. That's why they have a lot of money.

Obasanjo dared to try doing same for Nigeria but once he was out, the Senate squandered everything while Nigerians stood aloof! Now we are screaming APC and ADC. If OBJ stayed in power since 99, we would have been better off. Fuç4 western styled democracy.
Oga, and this is not me attacking any politican, even if the ECA had not been touched by the government, at best, our ECA was at 2.3 billion -3 billion dollars. Norway has something around 146 billion dollars in ECA. And again, Norway has SIX million, Nigeria has anywhere between 160-230 million people.

We cannot rely on oil alone. That is what I have been shouting on this site for years, and all I get is funny comments. We are not Norway. We need to effing diversify our economy to manufacturing or we will remain broke for life.

A stable currency is a major macroeconomic goal for any monetary authority. Every Nigerian should be happy that the Naira has achieved stability over the last two years. Stability is not stagnation. Stability means strength.
