The state governments will execute the projects under the supervision of FMW and claim refunds from the federal government. This is the rule. The south east supported PDP for sixteen years and these short roads could not be done. Anytime I drive on Enugu - PH expressway especially the Aba section I usually say APC thank you. Very solid and worthy.

None of this roads was bad under PDP
PDP didn't build much roads but roads where mostly well maintained FIRMA was always on the roads doing repair works

The only roads with similar names is ikot-ekpene road in Aba and Aba-owerri road also in Aba. Both roads are already dualized and in good condition. Both roads were rehabilitated by ikpeazụ in his first tenure btw. Otti is done some recent touches on those roads like new solar street light, bus stops and pedestrian walk ways.

When you people want to lie first try and get some facts right to make your lies somewhat believable.

That road does not exist Oga! This is pure lies! The only roads with similar sounding names are already dualized and in good condition, those roads were rehabilitated by ikpeazụ.

please don't believe this, i used that road on 22nd December, 2025 and 10th January 2026, that Road is terrible, there is no project ongoing.

Owerri - Aba was good under PDP? That narrow road with a lot of potholes? You are talking to nwafor Owerri oooo. The road that they did less than one kilometer dualization from Naze junction and abandoned? Enugu to PH that was terrible. Leave politics and hatred ooo you can't compare APC and PDP when it comes to infrastructure.

These people are peddling false narratives. There is no road in Aba that goes by such a name. Ikot- Ekpene road and Aba-Owerri road are 2 different roads. The former is currently undergoing rehabilitation and was awarded by Alex Otti the people's governor, the latter was patched up by the previous failed governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
