Not everything can be blamed on poverty, sometimes let's blame greed. Some of these kids already ate at home, never satisfied and still want more from anywhere they can find anything free. It boils down to greed.

True in some cases but there's always been poverty in the land.

Parents should have the number of children that they can reasonably cater for. Mothers in particular should consider a situation where they have to take care of themselves.

Some of them were sent by dog owners probably they have been tipped, i'm a dog owner...tho majority of them are taking those home to eat.

There are video like this from many countries where poverty is rampant and people have children anyhow. I still remember one clearly one video that I saw from Philippines. 🤮

This one is "normal" in some Warri areas.
There's a woman in my neighborhood, only she get 5 children. With her husband, they all share a single room. These children are everywhere in te street.

Abeg leave them ohh and take care of yourself, go and check most of their parents voted for apc after collecting stipends or even based on tribal sentiments. You even go and buy them food to properly feed them, if one of them develops running stomach from elseware even one week later they will say you tried to poison them to take their destiny. Some will say you did not put enough meat in the food that you are wicked, as I always say, take care of your self, eat your money, spend on your family, leave the other for God. My bro had a friend who approached him for house rent, he gave the guy the whole money, years later the man became financially better, he spread stories that he had beef for my bro, that when he once approached him for assistance, my brother gave him money with left hand lol, meanwhile the people he told the story to never assisted him when he had the need. Lol.
